Default Crankshaft leak

Thought to get second opinion.

I did notice a very small leak coming from engine. This is the place where engine and automatic transmission are joined together. I am not even able to detect what kind of fluid it is: is it engine oil or transmission oil. The leak is so subtle.

I have just replaced toothbelt, water pump, aux belt and pulleys. Not sure if this could have caused sealant to start leaking. And perhaps the leak was there before the toothbelt was replaced.

If it is crankshaft sealant then probably huge labor will be needed to get it replaced ?

The car is 2010 V70 D3 with auto gearbox.

Hi Check the colour of the oil red or brown if old oil is possibly transmission fluid but its more likely to be engine oil .Unless it drips and causes problems leave until it worsens as its probably not using much oil anyway. Changing the oil seal is a big job and if the crank is worn where the seal sits it may still weep oil. The work you have done would not have caused the leak as it at the other end of engine .
