Default S60 D5 Fuel Pressure too high.

Hi, Im new here so not too sure how much info to give.

Volvo S60 D5 (2005) Fuel Pressure too high only when HOT!?

I have read almost through this entire forum looking for this issue.

Was driving along and red triangle on dash came up, "ENGINE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE URGENT!!!, car loses power and dies, cranks and cranks but wont start while hot.

DONE SO FAR.
Bought VIDA and DiCE, ran diagnostic, shows error, fuel pressure sensor to high. Unplugged sensor, cleaned and returned, no luck. Changed battery as i was getting battery voltage 11.8V on VIDA. New battery 12.4V. When the car is cold it runs smooth but as soon as engine warms up its starts missing and then ultimately dies, I then have to wait for it to cool down and then try to baby it home.

Ran VIDA vehicle communication on her from cold and the Fuel Rail pressure hold around the 350000hPA, as soon as she starts her nonsense then that reading jumps from 0hPA up to 1800000hPA and she dies. Again this is only when she is warm, when cold she pulls like a beast and runs beautifully.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards
Ben Krüger

Hi look at the connectors on the injectors , if they are loose they could be loosing connection when worm,
also look at the Fuel Pressure sensor,
Dave
