Default Cheesy feet smell

When the Aircon is operated the Evaporator situated in the dash gets cold. The air passing over this cold radiator picks up the “cold” and blows into the car passenger compartment keeping people cold. One of the by products of the cold Evaporator (radiator) in that moisture in the atmosphere condenses on it !! Infrequent use allows this moisture to stagnate ...... and pong. This smell will enter the car.

1) you say that you have a pool of water under your car when the car is parked with the Aircon on ..... good that shows that the condensation is dropping on the condensate tray and going down the tube onto the floor ...... no water blockage
2) I would say that you should use the Aircon more, the creation of more condensation (distilled water) should wash off the old (smelly) Stagnant water off your condenser radiator so the smell should go ..... if it doesn’t take to to a reputable Aircon place and get a re-gas ........ problem solved

It certainly smells like stagnant water to me; like when the washing machine pumps the residual water in the hose at the start of a wash and you don't have a u bend trap so get all the awful whiff coming up through the plug hole.

get hold of a boroscope to look down the vents and tubes this will allow you to see all through the system good luck with tracking down the smell keep us posted
