Dose all volvo have electrick heater

Hi
Just wonder if all volvo have electrick heater so its heat passenger compartment after start engine,before engine start making enough heat to heats car 10 min drive ?
Was pluging camera to socked and notised in fuse box 5v fuse on socked witch is from electrick heter called.
So should be there heater if is fuse i think.
How to turn it on or when car starts ?
Or how to check if its there or if its not working and how to replaced if its easy.
My air condition its smelly not when its working but when turned off and smells for 30 min or so.
Smell like old floor cloth.
Just wonder that smell (gunk buld up ?) might be from that heating element what is not working mabe.
Got air condition cleaned and no change on smell.
Im living NI using airconditiong 10 times a year lol

To easily check, turn the heating on as soon as you start the engine and see what happens, I find my heat starts prob less than 2 mins into the drive but I'm sure mine doesn't have a leccy heater, maybe its with the winter pack?

Have you checked the pollen filter?

Yes pollen filter got change once year.
Thought it could be bloked drain from AC but looks like its clean but newer see water coming out off it.
What I thing its buy this little camera with lights for phone and slide it to vents to see what could cause smel there.

Leave your AC on for a week or more and see if the smell goes.

OMG jasmith44 ur legaend did work after 4/5 days smell its gone.
Did here u need to used ur AC once a week to keep it clean.
But looks like more often its better.
