So who is away for chrimbo in their caravans.
We are staying near hereford from 16th to 27th Dec on a CS and then onto Exmoor House CAMC site until 3rd Jan. First winter trip in the XC90.

Brilliant, don’t blame you!

Not caravanned for some years now but remember it fondly. Have a fantastic time away from it all!👍🥳

We often get away in winter but this year we may struggle until late January.

I love it. We use a lovely little CL in North Yorkshire but have just picked up an 8 week old puppy this week so need him settled and trained before introducing him to the van.👍

Care to share where the CL is, we're after somewhere not to far away in our motorhome?

Always look ahead for snow, no fun with the hotel room on the back.

What breed is the pup?

Is he/she a licker or one that doesn't require you to utilise the sleeve every 2 mins?

well, been back a week now.

No snow just lots of rain, steady as a rock in strong winds but the continentals fitted as standard were not good in standing water with or without the caravan attached. Will be switching to crossclimate when due to change.

Also purchased the volvo winter mats as on special offer, need to carpet wash the mud out of the front mats and fit the rubber ones before the next trip.

This winter we did not find time to caravan, but I think we will definitely do it next year
