Hi Jon

Yes i made the pulley myself and bought the trigger wheel from www.trigger-wheels.com.
I made my supercharger drive pulley 165mm diameter to start with. This will give quite low boost from the Rotrex SC. I have made the ancillary drive pulley and trigger wheel as a seperate "hub" so that i can bolt on a different size of SC drive pulley at a later date to give required boost.

I dont have another build thread on the go, its just that i have had no time to do much work on the car or update my thread.

New garage almost finished so i hope to crack on with it very soon.

Do you know what size pulley you want yet? Will you want the came 2 piece design ? Also when do you want it ? Im in the process of moving lathe, milling machine etc to new workshop at moment.
I will have to come over and catch up with what youve been up to.
