Problem with Volvo On Call
I collected my new to me 69 plate (model year 2020) last week, everything great apart from at the dealership they couldn't get the VOC working, it finds the car very quickly, then attempts to load the configuration then fails, I have been in touch with customer services and they assisted by resetting everything and tried again while on the phone to CS, still failed, took to my local dealer who spent an hour doing exactly what i and the sales dealer had been doing, still no VOC, said they need to get in touch with technical. Any ideas please, previous car traded in it worked perfectly.

I manually updated the app on my phone to v4.11.0 and the iOS "widget" is behaving itself now. After a manual uninstall and reinstall on the watch, the app there almost worked for a bit -- it didn't say I needed to log in, and it would give me fuel range and location, but wouldn't flash the lights. And now it's gone back to saying I need to log in.
I'll have words with the watch later and see if it changes its mind, but I hardly ever use the watch app anyway.

I’m not sure if my problem is the app, as I have now tested it a couple of times and the app seems to work for me when I just turn off the car ignition and step out. It’s then stops responding after a short while. Could be just a coincidence.

Many thanks, but VOC will not load to the configuration to the car, have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but cant do anything until car accepts configuration

Mine works perfectly now, all I did was update the app, reboot my phone and everything back to normal on widget and watch.

I contacted them again just to see if the problem was supposed to be fixed with the new ios app update and they just said it’s a known issue we are working on it Bla bla.. I imagine that’s their default answer , I’ve given up bothering for now..

No luck for me. Deleted the app reloaded, restarted iPhone. Same result. Unable to remote start.
