HU 850 Head Unit wanted

Hi
I have a volvo S60 which has a faulty HU 850 unit fitted

1. First started making crackling poping sound then
2. Come on maximum volume on and off at random now
3. lights but no sound from unit now

Does anyone know who can repair or where i might get hold of one of these please

Any advice would be appreciated as only joined today and would like to know if this request is posted in the right section

Hi John, and welcome. You are in the right area for S60 but have posted in the “Wants” section - the main area is a bit busier.

The HU850 seems to crop up a fair bit. Lots of threads previously but this one discusses some repair options https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=324049
