I have used Lloyds in Carlisle 5 or 6 times times for servicing and found them to be spot on. Indeed I even did a 200 miles round trip to use them rather than a closer main agent who has caused problems to my previous car. Never had a problem getting my 10% discount, but glad to hear it has been clarified.

Just had some upholstery work done at Lloyds of Cockermouth and received v.i.p. service and 10% discount on the final total cost.
It just shows that if you complain , you may get it in the end.

I use Lloyd Volvo in Carlisle for all my new parts.
Both Gary and David in the parts dept have some knowledge on 200s/700s and have always been really helpful.
They even deliver parts for free!
Give 'em a try!
(...and no they aren't paying me!)
