Rhd non air con heater control valve
Anyone got a new or good used heater control valve for rhd 940 2.3 turbo or advise where i can get one, david.

This part is no longer available but use a valve from something else and put it in the engine compartment and re4plumb it in and use a longer control cable. It is a bit of a faf but it worked for me.

I've got a good one for a 240. I used it on my 740 for about a year before fitting the A/C system.
I had to use a short offcut of hose to get it through the bulkhead as the original plastic 'hose' stub is shorter than the 740 one. This meant filing the metal tabs of the heater box that normally hold the 740 valve in position. Once fitted, it works identically to the 740 one - which I *think* is the same as the non-AC 940 one.
