  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default ecu swap

Hi to everyone, new to the forum, does anyone know if i can swap an ecu on a V70 D5 2002 model, suspected ecu fault ?

You can but you would then have to have the replacement ECU coded to your car by a volvo dealer.
You are probably better off contacting an ECU repairer like Spozulik - if you do a site search it'll pop up his contact info.

You can clone your ECU you don't have to go to Volvo,
I have cloned mine,
find a real re-mapper
or a electronics person with programmer's,
