Haha, right!
I just found a video explaining how and when to use each one (and how and when not!):

It is non conductive foam so should be good up to 1000v. I checked before I bought it. Was advised against powder as the powder contamination could potentially write off the car when it gets into the electronics.

was on the way back from North of Liverpool to Nottingham yesterday when my low tyre pressure warning appeared over the high Peak ...but did not indicate which tyre...pulled into a sainsburys and checked pressures...set at 39..so reduced to 37 all round, then recalibrated and all was well, found a huge wood screw in back left tyre later today! although pressures still holding...so off for a tyre repair tomorrow as it is central on the tyre...
Tyres are Pirellis 21" with 22k miles on them and still good tread...should be an interesting day tomorrow at ATS..Kwick fit etc... 🤔

Yes, the space saver is, how it was supplied in the vehicle.
One foot note - my car has air suspension.
When I started to use the minuscule supplied scissor jack, the car suspension kept attempting to 're-level' the vehicle, as I raised the jack (slowly, because it's terrible !!).
Now someone will quote me the Volvo procedure but I opened the car doors which stopped all levelling movement. Ignition was off, parked in drive and hand brake on.

When I had exchanged 20" wheel with space saver and shut the doors, the car raised itself and the rear mud flap cleared the ground. I did not drive the car other than into my garage and transported the wheel to the repairer in the rear of another car.

Spacesaver quotes max speed of 50mph but it's a get out of jail card only.

Yes, I was dissapointed that the system does not indicate which tyre pressure has changed. All four tyre indicators were orange, instead of green, on the digital display. I did have a manual pressure gauge in the car though, so I found the culprit quickly.
My tyres are the silent type and have a very sticky resin to which the insulation is attached. The dealer seemed to be impressed that the tyre had indeed 'sealed itself' .

These are AFFF for hydrocarbon fuel fires. They are not for extinguishing the gear that I sometimes carry - but for putting out the fire to surrounding material and property that would ensue, if the kit ignited outside vehicle..

The spare is 125/80 R18:
http://accessories.volvocars.com/en-...CC-499306/2016
It's about 3.3" less in diameter than a 235/55/R19 so the car will stand about 1.65" lower on it.
