V70 euro4 swirl flaps and lifters

Hi all I've got to do some impending work on the v70d5 or maybe ask someone to help me or pay someone to do it. I've got a leak on the swirl flaps near where the link arm is,also I've got the tug boat sound coming from near airbox. Until the inlet manifold is removed I dont know. Has anyone done this? Would anyone like to assist? I'm assuming the cams have to be removed to do the lifters so that would mean cambelt etc,is that correct? I'm not too bad with spanners but maybe this is a bridge to far. It's going to be a bit pricey though!! Any ideas

There is a decent indie south of Bristol a bit off the M5 if I recall. It was a while ago and too many red wines and Jack Daniels and I cant recall exactly.

It maybe worth while to try and look him up and get some prices.
