Exclamation System service light

Hello I have an issue. Volvo XC70 D5 185BHP 56 plate.

Last month engine system service light came on while cruising down motorway at 65mph 2200revs. Since then i'm getting the service light come on quite often on the motorway at this speed. I can power through the gears with no problem but if i take my foot of the gas then power back on service light comes on & sometimes no power but if I put my foot down after 5/6 seconds power is back on & it goes like a rocket.
I've check with code reader & it says
18B0 swirl actuator control
135F Mass air flow (Maf) sensor
Parts changed so far:
New swirl rail & control unit
New engine mounts (vacuum ones)
Tested for leaks on vacuum all good
Full service
EGR cleaned

Any thought's much appreciated
Thanks
Mark

Data and eliminating the possibilities in Vida is key so take a look at these two threads to begin with.
