Over bumps at low speed (below 30mph) there is a plastic rattle under the right side of the car - it is not metallic e.g.
balljoint from what I can hear and does not happen at higher speeds. Any ideas ?

Thanks

Hi ya,

Firstly are you sure its not the Links-rods that connect the annti-roll bar with the strut towers. If it is the ball joint it normally make a racket when parking. You can lift the front wheels and see if there is any play in the wheel trying to wobble is from up and down then you will know for sure.

I found this noise to be the rear brake pads rattling on their pins, a new pin kit and genuine pads sorted this out.

Try driving slowly with your foot on the brake pedal, the noise will go away when the pads are pushed against the disk.

Hoots.
