Wing mirror playin up

The left wing mirror has started playing up after the first service. Mirrors are set to move down on reversing and the issue is that the left wing mirror either doesn't come back up again when in drive mode or it goes too over up (see the sky). Car is going to dealer/garage this coming week to get Powerpulse pipe replaced and i will ask them to look into this issue but will appreciate if someone is aware of this issue and give some helpful tips to fix it. thanks

Maybe it just needs readjustment?..

Tried all that and none worked. Went to the dealer today for Powerpulse pipe replacement and asked them to look into this and they couldn't find the solution and now re booked for next week.
