  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default Mysterious rubber thing???

Hi All,
After working on my XC90 yesterday ie replacing the front lower vacuum mount i noticed this on my drive it was under the engine (passenger side) has anyone got any ideas to what it is and where it came from the size is 15x15x5mm thanks

I could be wrong but is that a rubber mount that fits on the bottom of the airbox and slides over a lip on the chassis leg to locate and secure the airbox?

Could be a mile wrong but feel I have seen something similar there.👍

thats definitely a thing-a-mi-bob, you haven't diy'ed your car properly if you don't find one on the driveway after each 'repair'
