OK guys.
Rightly or wrongly, I drove my son's motor to my home and parked on private ground. It still has tax left for 3 months, then he will send off a SORN to the powers that be.

I explained the black box situation to him and he'll do whatever it takes to reduce the insurance.
Just got to ring around to find out the best deals etc.

So you risked losing the car, six points and afine for the sake of spending a few quid on day insurance or taking up an offer of letting an insured driver take the car.

Yeah I hear what your saying Marty, but he only lives 3 miles away, and I couldn't be bothered to do anything else. so decided to take the risk b/4 his tax ran out.
