cooling fan probs

hi 2 every one,new meber just joined, hope some one can help me ,the cooling fan on my 1998 v70 2.5t 20v.has just started staying on even when the temp gauge as only just moved, only started doing it today.

is it the cooling fan thats running for sure
i have a noise from front that i thought was cooling fan but it aint that started saturday

yep lifted bonet see it spining, maybe a bit of damp or something, but when touch near relay box some times it will stop
