Default Passenger dip beam in op.

Hello
So I have an XC90 2009
With the passenger dip beam not working . Have changed bulbs checked wiring and continuity on the blue white wire back to the CEM from the headlight this is fine.
So guessing it's the CEM is this common ?
So can it be changed can I do it or does it need to be programmed
And if yes is there somewhere in Kent that will do thanks very much
Mark

Whoa Tiger! Don't go swapping the CEM just yet.
Have you checked the fuse? (possibly No. 17 in engine compartment)
What type of headlights do you have?
Have you swapped the bulbs (RH/LH)? A new bulb may be faulty.

No power coming out of CEM blue white that goes to head light . There's power at the fuse.

Sounds like CEM relay faulty. Relays can be replaced, some soldering required. Or else replace the CEM.
