Default Denso ECU needs repair reprogram - where can I send it?

Volvo 1999 - 2000 V70 VIN Number: YV1LW55B2Xxxxxxxx

Sudden Onset ETS light on and engine hunting - throttle 20% - limp mode. Autotronics have just checked the ETM (Xemodex rebuild 8 years ago) and all well.
It has the Xemodex recommended hot wire and relay replacements.
Diagnostic Trouble Code
VOLVO V44.65 > Manually Select > V70 (-00) > 1999 > ECM (Engine Contr...2541185204T4/B5204T3/B5234T7/B5234T3/85234T8/B5254S DENSO 77.
ECM-532D MIL Requested By Throttle Unit. Faulty Signal.
ECM-2110 Front Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S), Heating.
ECM-9190 Throttle Unit, Internal Fault. Faulty Signal
Volvo VIN YV1 LW55B2X2556081

The ECU appears to be a Denso with large letters KV2 and smaller characters maybe 28139 - see image - very work label!

Autotronics won't touch it. Who repairs and reprograms Denso units?

Thank you
