740 limo for sale

A friend of mine has rescued a lwb 740 limo from the banger racers.It is in good overall condition,lots of service history,even the odometer works!.just over 100k miles if I remember correctly.We had it running over the weekend,albeit not too well.Probably a combination of stale fuel and not being run for a while.The starter packed up eventually so we called off trying to get it to drive like it should.
Bottom line is he needs to move it on,it is stuck in front of his workshop!
It owes him £650.
