Hi David. Do you have a Amazon steering idler? I'll be taking my suspect one to the BKV next week to ask experts like yourself if you guys think it's too stiff. If so, I'd naturally want to replace it rather than mess about with a rebuild kit from Simon.

Is it the early or late type you are after?I have a few late ones,not sure if I have an early one left.

Checked at the weekend.I have three late type idlers and one early one that will need refurbishment.

Thanks for getting back to me David. As I said in my post I took my idler to Sunday's BKV and the opinion was that it was absolutely fine. Thanks for checking your stock though and sorry you couldn't make it there.
