Default Vibration from back of car?

So,
My 2004 XC90 has 137,000 miles on it and it has now started to vibrate at around 70mph. The vibration appears to be at the back of the car and passengers sitting in the back say that they can feel the vibration a lot.

The car hasn't had any new tyres - they are all relatively new 7-8K on them and are Nokians.

The tyres have all been checked for balancing and they are spot on. They've also been rotated front to back and it makes no difference.

Anyone had a similar problem?
