Default v70 towbar fitting instructions.

Hi everyone.
This is my first post, and hopefully the first of many.
I have an '07 V70 and have just bought a new 'old stock' factory towbar for it.The part no. is 9192924-0 and I checked with my local dealer that it was the correct model for my car before buying it.
Unfortunately it wasn't til I looked in the packaging a bit more that I found the fitting instructions were not complete. The only instruction leaflet I have is how to fit the 13pin electrics.
I wonder if anyone would be able to point me in the direction of the correct
fitting instructions.I have searched here and found instructions for a similiar towbar but the way the swan neck fitted was different.
many thanks,
Andy.

Hi
Have you tried www.accessories.vovlocars.com? If you go there, click on instructions at the top and then type tow bars into the search it will list every tow bar and detail the respective installation instructions.

looked on the accessories page but unfortunately it only lists a towbar with a different fitting to the one I have.I wonder if anyone can give me a specific model and year that the towbar no.9192924-0 is meant for then I can find the relevent parts for it using the Volvo site.
Andy.

is yours a v70 p2 ? i fitted a fixed ball recently by removing bumper(4 bolts and 2 screws) took off towing hook(2 bolts) and the exhaust hanger(2 bolts and a rivet on the heatshield) longgest part was cutting bumper, make sure you cut enough off as if too tight bumper wont sit snuggly when replaced. if using volvo prefiited socket this takes minutes to fit. to be honest looking under car holding the bar in place you should see where the approximate places for fixings should be. once fitted just make sure to tighten up bolts to correct torque , figures should be in with the bolts.
search on here for instructions on how to remove bumper but it is a doddle even for the corryfisted like me!!
