  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default t4 conversion yes or no - classicswede

Hi guys im think of getting my s40 t4 phase 1 converted. would this be ok or would there be valve damage ?

The T4 is not known for VSR and some of the ones I have done have knocked up high milages.

In normaly asperated form only the Renault based engines have any bother.

I'd not go with Prins on one of these.

The basic kit would get the job done but the premium injectors would be the best bet. They have a high flow rate and are great with turbo's. You get the best electronics with the best injectors in that package

hi again and thank you for all your info... Is the valve saving lube stuff worth the while on this?

It could be worth putting on for extra insurance. I would only go with the basic valve saver kit. It is a lot cheaper than the electronic one and as it will work well enough for what is needed.
