The lpg injectors should look like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Prins-VSI-...item27c577924e

Not sure what the compression should be on that but you need to make sure they are all even and giving a reasonable reading.

Changing the manifold jets can also make a diffence.

The vapoursier (black unit on bulkhead) is correct and should be ok. The pressure is adjustable but from memory you said they have already increased the pressure so that side should be ok.

The injectors (4 red coils) are cheap tat but should still work ok. The hole point of the Prins system is the injectors - without them it is no differnt to any other systems. The emonomy system with those Red injectors had been dropped buy the UK distributor due to problems - so I have been told by other installers.

The manifold jets is where the gas goes into the manifold. If you follow the small pipes from the red injectors they will go into the inlet manifold. It is those brass units that could do with changing for the special ones I use.

Once you have checked the compression and that is all ok you need to go back to the installers and get them to put it right. I would also ask for the Prins injectors but I asume you have only paid for the Valtek ones as there is around £100 price differnce.

I take it so far they have been willing to adjust and try and get it sorted.

Do you have HT leads or is it coils direct to the spark plugs?

The manifold jets are only £3 each and you would need 4. Fairly easy to fit, the alloy cover on the petrol fuel rail just twists off to get to where they should be mounted.

Compression sounds OK.

It could be worth changing the nozzles.

Other than that it is pretty much a mapping issue and Prins is not very flexible in that respect.
