Drive by wire delay
Any experiences with this? I have it since the rising oillevel software update
Before it was ok , its delay with full pedal but also with releasing the pedal the power comes off a fraction later , anoying With easy driving the delay is less but full power its delayed , can the software update be reversed? and is this common? |

It's a good but expensive idea to ask a good tuning center or Volvo stealer to do any MAP changes, as that should result in less lag, not more. Any idea what was in the DPF related MAP change?? It might just have been a reduced oil change interval or max oil level indication for the stop-start and short trippers. A dirty EGR or blocked DPF can also cause a similar lag in boost, as can a faulty turbo control valve. If it's not MAP or TB related, I would get the hidden fault codes read.
