Default Electric fuel pump keeps drawing current

Electric fuel pump keeps drawing current ( dont hear it running) after ignition is switched off also after hours of standing still....after the fuse is pulled and plugged in again no current drawing anymore.
Whats happening here?

And fuses 13 and 14 in the booth show empty in the fuse table...but are fused
And draws current the first half hour what are they used for?

Maybe they send power to a relay which sticks?

Could your PEM the module which controls fuel pump speed, be bad?
Some were mounted externally. In 2006/2007 it was moved to the spare wheel well; 50 X 50 X 12mm, dull silver in color. Mine was rattling around on its wires so I glued it in place with silicone glue. Its wires (and any other wire) could easily have been pinched and cut.

Sorry for the late reaction, ive been a bit busy.
Thanks for the good suggestions, have yet to remove stuff out of the wheel well to see if its there, but if its not there its beneath the dash in the pem .
Sticking relay could be...but then the pump has to be running, and if there is some damaged wiring which makes contact with earth, then if i pull a fuse and reconnect it then the current draw should be there again.

a quick easy fix would be to install a switch to cut the power and would also act as an anti theft device .

I already have a battery switch for longer periods of no use(now also for shorter periods)....but finding the keyhole in the booth is sometimes cumbersome, its on feel and fumbeling.

Its handy now as a battery protector.....but i want it fixed

Checked the relay under the dash and its clicking in and out if key is turned so it isnt sticking

What does the PEM pump electronic module actually do?(in the rear wheel well)
And can it leak current?
