very easy,with a little twist pull up on the injector (not the pipe)and it will pop out there is a large O ring that slides on,and there's also a small one in the plastic housing were the injector fitted,remove the bolt and twist this out and the seal will be visible.
the mixture/co will need resetting afterwards when the engine is hot,then try again from cold,the seals should be available from Volvo.
