Default 1800ES for sale

I have reluctantly decided that, due to increasing health problems, I need to sell my gold 1800ES. I bought it last year with the intention of gradually improving it over time but arthritis now prevents me getting out of the car easily or attending to anything which involves kneeling. The previous owner carried out a bare metal body restoration 5 years ago so most of the major work is done though the paintwork is a bit "orange peel" in places & would benefit from some improvement as would the bumper chrome which has lost its shine though not peeling or corroded. There is a small area of corrosion on the offside door sill which a Volvo expert tells me is easily repairable & the offside door needs some attention to it's lower edge though the car is perfectly useable as is. I have replaced the aux air valve which had failed prior to my purchase, fitted a new set of five Avon radial tyres, a new offside door mirror, new spark plugs & leads, points, condensor, changed antifreeze, engine oil & filter, stripped & re-painted the wheels & fitted new centre hubs. The interior is in very good condition, all dials are fully operational & I have treated & re-coloured the seats since taking the photo. Engine runs well with good oil pressure & overdrive operates very smoothly. Mileage just over 97000. Mot till July 2015. I'm looking for somewhere in the region of £5950 but will consider offers.
I'm located in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

This is a bargain in my mind. I don't know the car. If this had a bare metall restauraion 5 years ago and minor rust it is a shame that this beautifully cars are cheap in this way. In Germany you will get a restauration project for this amount. Sad to let it go. I don't have the money or the place to buy another car, for bad luck.

regards, Kay

Thankyou Kay, I'm open to offers so if anyone thinks it's worth more than my suggested price I'd be more than happy to accept!!!
