Hi Phil, try looking on eBay Australia. There are loads there and reasonable prices too. Enjoy the trip and let us know how your XC90 performs. Cheers

Or try your local wreckers
The low profile spare wheels are not so popular and should thus be cheap
Full size spares will cost a bit more

For a desert trip make sure you also take an air compressor and a few bottles of the stop-leak fluid so you don't get stuck

And 5 more things you need:
Water, water, water, water and water

As has been said, your best bet would be to get a set from a breaker (car that is being broken for spares).

Unfortunately the centre bore is larger on the Mk 1 XC90 than any other Volvo model so only XC90 wheels will fit. However any XC90 Mk 1 wheels from 2003 will fit...

Hello Phil, Are all XC90's for the Australian market on low profile tyres? From my own experience,I wouldn't fancy elastic bands for extended driving off the tarmac. (Is there clearance for high profile boots?) unless there was no alternative of course. Let us know how you get on.Good luck ,Regards,Keith.
