S80: Body - Drivers inner door handle

Good evening all
As above my drivers inner door handle appears to be pulling through from the bottom pivot.
Has anyone had this happen ? Any idea if this can be bought separate or does it come with the inner trim panel ?

Are the US part nos. the same as UK ?
