How to get clenched hand impressions out of a steering wheel
Bit of a problem driving to work this morning whilst listening to the radio.
My hands reflexively gripped tigher and tighter on the steering wheel, a stranglehold that became a rictus as my heart rate refused to drop. Any ideas on how to get deep indentations out of the soft covers of a Volvo steering wheel? Also, we want Ben Stokes back please. |

Take it off and soak it in a bowl of seriously hot water!
In future, drive to work slower so it doesn't end up as a white-knuckle ride!

Take a desert spoon and heat it up. then hold rounded part against each indentation. That will lift them out. An old trick that works on small dents in interior trim.

I think I'd worry less about the steering wheel and more about why your heart rate spiked so high and stayed that way for long enough to cause the damage.
By the way who is Ben Stokes? |

Ben Stokes is not going to be knighted - he'll be ennobled as Lord Benjamin Stokes of Marylebone.
And: No Aardvarkash10, you CANNOT have him back - he's ours now and we're keeping him. Look on the bright side though - you finished above the kangaroo-herders!
