Default Skandix almost giving away front brake discs

Its been mentioned a few times as a part of other threads, but this is really worth bringing to peoples attention directly.

Skandix are currently selling OE Volvo front discs for €138 per pair. Delivery will vary according to country, but ive paid €151 delivered. (approx £110).

This makes them significantly cheaper than even the nasty imitation stuff on eBay and considerably <50% of dealer RRP.

Even if you dont need brake discs right now, its worth buying at this price and putting them in the cupboard for when needed.

^^^^

That is for the larger 336mm discs.

The smaller 315mm discs are even cheaper.

Hope this helps someone.

Apart from physically measuring them which needs the wheel removing, how can I tell what size disks I have fitted?
Is it to do with the model year, or wheel size?
I have a my2011 Exec with 19" wheels.

Scandix's site asked for my VIN, and it then showed the suitable disks - MOST were 336mm, and one was 328mm.
I'm guessing therefore that mine are 336mm.

2011 car will be the larger discs that I linked to.

@ JohnL, yes I mentioned in the post that others had linked to it here and there, but a direct thread will hopefully help some people out.

I'm sure that the smaller discs are for models fitted with 16 inch wheels.

Default XC90 front discs

Hi A lex; excellent timing, I'm looking into replacing mine in the very near future. Do Skandix also have Volvo brake pads for a good price - unfortunately my German isn't up to much!

Regards
John

Don't overlook the standard shipping cost to the UK is €18.
