Default V70 Cargo cover

The plastic clips have broken off my cargo cover, the one's that clip into the pillars near the tailgate to hold it in place/extended, is there any way of replacing/fixing these or do I have to fork out £200 for a new cover?

Thanks

This happened on one side of my V70 about 4 years ago.
I cut a small piece of hardwood, shaped it roughly, drilled a hole through it and screwed it in place. (ie screwed it into the end of the metal rod from which the plastic lug had broken off)
The car is used every day and the load cover gets a lot of action. The repair cost nothing and is still working well.
