blowing cold! help please

Hi all, i am the proud owner of a s60 d5 2002 however its started blowing cold all the time, the car can be at full temp with both knobs turned to full and still its blowing like it is running on ac.. i started out by getting a computer to it and with no luck it displayed nothing wrong watsoever. i then proceeded to check the water pump.. this was fine then i changed the thermostat. and still no luck im running out of options now and i think it has something to do with the matrix. the pipes leading from the water tank are warm, the ones from the rad to the matrix are warm also but one of the pipes from th matrix back out (the left pipe is cold) so im led to believe it has something to do with the matrix help please!!!!!

You'd probably do better by placing this in the S60 technical section as oppose to diesel engine section
