Default Hoses / caliper seals parts commonality

I have just discovered that I have no pedal and there is a puddle of brake fluid by the n/s/f wheel. Can't investigate further because it's dark, but as a pre-emptive question, are the hoses and/or caliper seals on the 164 (1972 carb auto) common to any other models?

Default 164 brakes

Only yesterday I heard that apparently the ATE brakes on the front of 164s are the same as those on XJ Jaguars. However I mentioned that to the VOC guru on 164s and he was unaware of that, so it may be just wishful thinking.

However, he added that overhaul kits have appeared on the dreaded ebay recently (he bought a set from there), which I need to follow up too.

A couple of years ago I ordered a set from Brockhouse, who had to scour the planet for them - my set came from Australia via Finland!

I have just bought both front and rear axle sets off Ebay , also 3 brake light switches 2 with metal pins one with plastic [ I know mine has plastic]
from Dunstable Motor Spares ? very helpful chap.
Seems to get a few spares for 164s. PM me if you get stuck.

I've just rung Dunstable Motor Spares and he says they stopped doing rebuild kits many years ago and you can only get rebuilt calipers now...

Found a set on ebay but I'm really looking to avoid the delays and uncertainty associated with ebay... I need the car back on the road ASAP. Brookhouse say they might be able to get some but they don't know yet.

Would still be handy to know what other cars had the same calipers to give me a wider choice for scrapyard hunting. I haven't been able to confirm or deny the XJ6 possibility - what model XJ6?
