General: 164: - Needed: headlamp wipers & TE emblems

Hello All. I need a used set of 164 headlamp wiper arms & blades. Can anyone help me? I also need "TE" badges. Does anyone have access to a 164TE? I need a few more parts off of it. Cheers! Erik

I know its late but just seen 164 wiper arms and blades on Ebay.

I saw these advertised, but they don't look the same as those on my 164TE. Also the curvature of the seperate blades advertised won't necessarily suit the flatter glass on the later 164s.

Therefore make sure they will fit your car before you bid.

I realise the headlamp wipers that were on ebay have gone now (no bids incidentally), but I took a very close-up photo of those on another 164TE at a show over the bank holiday. I compared his with those on my two cars, and those that CP are advertising are nothing like those I've seen on four TE's now.

There may have been different types made way back in the '70s (my sightings are not conclusive of course) but I am wondering if the advertised ones were wrongly labelled from new.

If anybody wants a copy of my photo for confirmation please send a PM, as this weak computer can't put pics on here.
