Default Heater blowing cold on oneside

Hi to you all, I'm new to this forum so please forgive me if I post in the wrong area......

My 2004 V50 diesel has a heater problem.
One side constantly blows cold air, even when the temp setting is on MAX.
It's been back into my local volvo garage, who said they had "reset the motors back to factory settings".
This hasen't worked. Also it seems to take ages to get to temperature with the Auto Climate settings.
My old V40 seemed to be a lot better on the Auto Climate settings.

Can anyone please give me any advise on this one.

Many thanks.

Martin

I've moved your post to the correct section. If you look at the main index page of the forums and scroll down toward the bottom half, you'll see that each model/series of Volvo has its own section. Some models are combined with others owing to the similarities between them. Hopefully you will get some help with your problem now your thread is in the V50 section
