Premium door speakers

I'm contemplating upgrading from the standard SE spec speakers and amp (200w) to the premium speakers found in some high spec models.

Does anyone know of any S60 or v70 that is being broken that might have these and the front door cards (in black)?

From experience, just finding one is like finding rocking horse droppings!!! They are very very hard to come by, especially a full set i would have thought.

It took me 6 months to find a breaker which had the right type of "twin" speaker.

Sorry its not much help but an experience shared!

well, so far I have found two people on ebay selling the amp... but have scrapped the car so don't have the speakers! DOH!

The search continues...

I have a set of these speakers which include as follows...

2x front lower door speakers
2x front upper door tweeters
2x rear lower door speakers

I have these as spares and as of yet have not tested them, SO.If your interested please make me an offer for the set..

sorry only just seen this! are they the premium speakers with two on the front door? think its a 8" woofer with a 3" mid on the same mounting plate

I looked into this for our V70 – aren't the front door cards different for these dual speakers? I put a secondhand subwoofer in instead and this has made a huge difference. I presume the speakers in our SE spec model are not the premium ones.
