Default Key lock, barrel and ECU

Looks like I'm getting another V40 but need some parts.

Previous owner has lost the key so I will be looking for:

Key(s),
Central locking remote(s),
Door locks,
Boot lock,
Ignition barrel,
ECU
and anything else I may need to get this car on the road again!

Haven't got full details of the car yet but it is a V40 Ph2 2.0 Manual.

Thanks in advance!

Right, this is a 2001, ph2 2.0 manual.

If you know of anyone breaking one of these, please let me know.

Thanks.

My local scrappies has a 2.0 but it is an automatic. They want £24 for the ECU, £15 for the immobiliser and £20 for the keys and locks

Problem is that it is an automatic....

If you don't have any luck with the above suggestions I'd try A6 autospares in Leicester - he seems to break a huge number of x40's and has always had any part I've needed.

His mobile number is on all his eBay listings: http://stores.ebay.co.uk/a6autospare...p2047675.l2563

Thanks guys. I think what I am going to do is remove the immobiliser and key remote control units and see if I can get a part number off them both. That way, I can check when I contact people if they are likely to work with my vehicles ECU.

You will need the ECU from the set - the immo and ECU are paired together with 'secret Volvo codes' . Don't forget the glovebox lock too.
