Fortunately my 745 doesn't suffer from wrinkly door cards. However, I have often wondered why it would not be possible to use a hypodermic syringe + small needle to inject glue behind the wrinkle/s and smooth the problem out ..... somehow! Bob

I don't think i've ever seen a 7xx with wrinkly (original) door cards. From everything i've heard, the Mk1 9xx doesn't suffer either, only the 96-on Mk2 under Fords partial ownership

Nearly right Dave. The late 940's 97-98 were fine. In fact I got my minty ones from a 98 Celebration. They just had a period of using some eco glue that was useless which was around 95-96

95 as well Dave - I've had three 95M 960 mk2's and my father had a 95M 940, all had bad door cards.

My door cards were wrinkled on my 96 940. Got lucky and found good ones cheap and used the good pockets to fix broken ones.

Unfortunately, a customer broke the good passenger door pocket a while ago with his walking stick so looking for a grey replacement.

James.

Pretty certain I will be able to help you with that

I'll have to wait and see what cards are like as it might be better for me to sell as a set

Cheers

Mark
