Default Length of front springs

Can anyone tell me how long a standard Amazon front spring is ?
I have recently fitted some lowered and stiffened front springs (which I was given) to my Amazon. They are too low and too stiff ! This week I got hold of a pair of reasonably new front springs and they look a bit short to me at 23.5 cms. I would like to check on the length before I start stripping down the front suspension again. I should add that on my road rally Amazon I use standard ride height springs which are 25 % stiffer than normal and they work great with Bilsteins and polybushes

Stuart,

I dont have the std length measurment to hend at the moment. May main input realy was reagarding you rally springs - I normaly use +1" and 50% stiffer for the best results.

For a road going car (not used on welsh back roads) I would recomend -1 - 1 1/2" and 25% stiffer.
