Put put noise on tick over and aceleraion

Hi there new on here and looking for a bit of advice..
I have a 2012 xc60 2.4 D5.
When on tick over you can clearly here what sounds like a put put sound from within the engine bay also speeds up as you accelerate to about 1500 2000 revs then dies off only to return when slowing down.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check you tube for "Volvo vacuum problems" to see if you recognise the same issues plenty of info on there. Might help to direct you or rule out some possible causes.

Had it in to volvo and there saying its normal injector noise?
Its just funny it didnt do it when i bought it?
Also been told could be hydraulic lifters?

How do i add a video so the noise can be heard?
