3 Data Sim - No Internet Connection
Had months of trouble free usage of car modem internet through a '3' data sim but come to the car today and am getting "No Internet Connection" on Spotify.
Also no RTTI on the sat nav map. Anyone else experienced this - not sure whether it's a car or SIM card problem. I've taken the SIM out and re-inserted but to no avail. I suspect a network problem.

Use your phone to connect to the hotspot. You may see a message stating to up data, or subscription expired.

I had exactly the same problem and I’m on 3 sim as well.
Started about 5.30PM. I know mobile internet works as I’ve connected phone to cars hotspot and internet works. It’s just Volvo’s apps not working. Tried to connect via home WiFi same issue ...

Well on way back to work today I thought I’d try out connecting to my phones WiFi as I’ve recently switched carrier. It won’t connect (no internet connection) so I’ve switched back to car modem but same issue. Tried switching off car completely and locking it but still same issue.
I know the sim has data as I’ve connected my phone and Sat NAV to car hotspot and they work. Had this before few weeks ago and it’s outage on Volvos server. For some bizarre reason all Volvo apps needs to first connect to their servers.

Haven't been able to get Glympse to connect all weekend - might be the same issue?
