as i mentioned earlier, its just a generally good idea it may or may not solve the problem you have been having but it will go a long way

coils are approx £17 from other patern parts and the leads are about £20. along with dizzy and rotor arm. youll be suprised at how much the MPG improves even if the trouble dosent - its also piece of mind if you get what i am saying?

its not really any good replacing the dizzy if the leads are duff, vicea versa and swings n roundabouts and all that good stuff if the ecu is bad all of these parts will have taken a battering.

The leads look new, I'm gonna change the cap & rotar as i scaped the crap off the contacts & may of damaged it & under the crud it was pretty worn, I will change the ecu for a known good one then run the diagnoses again & see what codes it throws at me & go from there I guess - I'm even thinking poss fuel pump, staying away all week working so gonna have a play again at the weekend

No worries Stu...

£20 plus postage at about a fiver??

Just don't tell Anadinolin, I promised I'd get some pics of the inside for development purposes... About 6 months ago!!

Just a thought, how's your coil?

Apologies if you've already mentioned it, but I MAY have a spare from my scrapped 460, that ran perfectly, shame really but the tin worm won that particular battle!

Steve
