Does it respond at all when you operate the parking brake control?

Do the brakes release if you try to drive off?

Is it possible you've somehow got water in the control switch?

You may have got water into some of the CANbus connectors... is anything else acting odd?

You'll only read engine fault codes with the Torque app.
