  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

I had exactly the same issue with my 2012 xc60 ,luckily it was still within the Select Warranty and in the end it was the electronic unit situated on the rear unit that was faulty. Changed by my local Volvo Dealer , they informed me it was a £1200 electronic unit that wasn't talking to the ecu properly. Reconditioned units are advertised on Ebay i believe for approximately a third of the price of a new one.

Quick update...I've removed the pump motor and cleaned the plastic filter, I also removed the motor cover and cleaned with electrical contact spray.

The filter was almost fully blocked with old oil sludge. I refitted the pump and filled with new Volvo oil, ran the car for a mile and topped up again.
Ran the car again for a few miles and next morning the dashboard warning for AWD disabled had gone.


Last night I plugged the laptop in with Vida and cleared the codes.. alls good..Image Link Below
