VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Hi all, I have owned an S60 for the last 4 years but its time to move it on as its starting to cost money to keep it going. I have always fancied owning a Volvo estate so wanted some advice please. Budget is £4-£5K, and I need a car that will tow a small caravan (2/3 berth approx 17ft long). And would prefer an automatic. Would you buy a car with a tow bar already fitted or buy without and have one fitted professionally? Also - reliability wise how good are the V50s compared to the V70s. My S60 is quite thirsty - averaging 28mpg (petrol). would want something mid 30s or better, so should i go for Petrol or Diesel? Thanks in advance Jim
